A. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE ONETAP

1. Onetap manages and provides a platform for creators to sell products to buyers. Onetap acts as an intermediary for creators and buyers to conduct transactions through the Onetap platform, so that the Products offered are not Products made by Onetap.
2. To be able to conduct transactions through the Onetap platform, Users need to register for an Onetap account. The account registration is free of charge by Onetap.
3. Users can act as either creators or buyers.
4. Onetap is unable to pre-screen products uploaded and/or sold by creators on the Onetap platform, so Onetap reserves the right to delete any products uploaded by creators if such products are prohibited or deemed necessary to be deleted by Onetap.
5. In the event of any conflict and/or discrepancy between Onetap's Terms and Conditions and the terms of service provided by the creator, Onetap's Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
6. Onetap may at any time change, add to, or reduce these Terms and Conditions while still binding the User. Therefore, Users should review this Terms and Conditions page regularly.
7. Onetap reserves the right to change, add, update and/or discontinue any service or feature on Onetap at any time with or without prior notice to the User. Such changes will be republished on this page, so Users are requested to revisit this page periodically to see any changes in Onetap's Terms and Conditions.
8. In the event that Onetap suspects that there has been a violation of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws and regulations, Onetap may without prior notice take all necessary actions including taking down the product.
9. If Onetap suspects that a User's account is being used or may be used for unlawful, illegal or fraudulent purposes, Onetap may suspend or close your account; or close any transaction and suspend or close the User's account.

B. TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Accessing the Onetap Platform and Payment Mechanism

   To be able to access the Onetap platform, the User must register by filling in the following data:

   • Name
   • Email
   • Phone Number

     If the User wants to become a creator, the User will be asked to verify their email, and then the User can immediately create an account and sell products after verifying their account. The creator's identity that Onetap stores is limited to email, name, and account number. Buyers can directly order products sold by creators. When placing an order, the Buyer can make payment through a third party API payment gateway or digital wallet "Payment Method Provider". After making payment, there will be confirmation via email that the payment has been received and the creator will send the Product to the Buyer.

2. Pricing and Refunds
   • The prices of the products contained in Onetap's websites and/or computer programs are the prices set by the creator. Creators are prohibited from manipulating product prices in any way.
   • The Buyer understands and agrees that any errors in pricing and other information caused by the website and/or Onetap's computer program not being updated due to the browser used by the Buyer is the responsibility of the Buyer.
   • The Seller understands and agrees that typographical errors that cause errors in pricing and/or other information related to the product are the responsibility of the creator.
   • Onetap will always do its best to ensure that all details, descriptions, availability and prices of services contained on Onetap's websites and/or computer programs are accurate. However, errors may periodically occur. In the event that Onetap discovers a technical error that is under Onetap's full control that results in a failure to provide the service, Onetap may be able to help facilitate a refund request. Technical errors that may result in a refund include server problems, system outages or similar technical issues caused by Onetap. Refunds will not be processed if the error or problem is caused by an act or omission on the part of the Buyer, such as selecting the wrong service, incorrectly filling in user data, or a wrong email address.
   • Subscription fees, transaction fees, and other fees that have been sent cannot be exchanged, canceled, refunded, replaced, or transferred to other people/parties. address.
3. Promo or Discount Codes

   Promo or Discount Codes may be offered to customers at any time. Such codes can only be applied to purchases made through the account where the promo or discount code is offered. Promo or discount codes from one account cannot be transferred to another account.

4. Access Rights

   Once a User has registered for an Onetap account, the User is entitled to Access Rights to the services provided by Onetap. The Access Rights that Onetap refers to herein include:

   • The right to access and view the content, features and services contained in Onetap's website and/or computer program.
   • The right for the User to manage the User's account, including changing personal information, passwords, or other preferences.
   • Granting the User the right to terminate the use of the service if desired, as well as determining the consequences or conditions related to the termination of use.

C. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Onetap always strives to provide useful services through the Onetap website and/or computer program. However, Onetap understands that it cannot fully guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, suitability, quality, security, and convenience of the Onetap website will always be in accordance with the wishes and expectations of the User. Onetap will do its utmost to ensure the security and comfort of Users in using Onetap's website and/or computer program, but Onetap cannot guarantee that the Onetap website will always be safe or free from bugs and viruses.

Onetap is a platform with the model Customer to Customer marketplace. Thus, the transaction that occurs is a transaction between Onetap Users, so the User understands that Onetap is not responsible for any prohibited product sold by creators. Furthermore, Onetap will not be liable for any illegal transactions, fraud, manipulation, and counterfeiting committed by the creator on the Onetap platform. All claims, claims or damages may be brought only by the Buyer and/or other third parties to the Creator.

To the extent permitted by applicable legal provisions, Onetap shall not be liable to the User or any other party for any loss or damage in any form whatsoever that may arise as a result of the use of this website, including losses resulting from computer viruses, data loss, use, or other losses, whether tangible or non-tangible, whether arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of using this website. If required by law, the User agrees that Onetap's total liability for any claims arising from a breach of these Terms of Service will be limited to the amount that the User pays Onetap to obtain the Rights of Access to the Service of the User's choice.

D. APPLICABLE LAW

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia, without prejudice to the principles of conflict of law. The User agrees that any and all claims that may arise in connection with these Terms of Service (&quote;Dispute&quote; or &quote;Conflict&quote;) will be sought to be settled peacefully within 60 (sixty) days of the User's notification to Onetap.
