1.    • Allows User's device to share information with Onetap platform.
   • Onetap may also collect User information through technology, such as IP addresses and log files.

B. MANAGEMENT AND USE OF USER INFORMATION

User Information obtained by Onetap will always be managed with due observance of appropriate security rules. The User information will be used to:

• Validate and confirm product orders by Users.
• Carry out Onetap's obligations in connection with the implementation of cooperation with third parties.
• Carry out Onetap's obligations in connection with the implementation of cooperation with third parties.
• Provide information, products, and services to Users, including product and service offerings from Onetap that are shared internally.
• Advertising on Onetap websites and/or computer programs or conducting Onetap events to be more targeted. Ads displayed to Users are advertisements that match their demographic information and preferences. Onetap only communicates information to Partners in aggregate format.
• Monitor the use of websites and/or computer programs.
• Provide assistance with respect to technical or operational issues.
• Prevent, investigate, and be aware of any suspicious or prohibited forms of transactions.
• Monitor when there are users who enter products that are contrary to legal regulations.
• Enable Onetap to comply with obligations based on applicable legal regulations.
• Other purposes for which Onetap informs the User and/or is required by the rules of law.

C. DISCLOSURE OF USER INFORMATION

1. Onetap will not transfer, sell, distribute, disclose, or lend User information to third parties except under the following conditions:
   • Such disclosure is required by applicable law in Indonesia.
   • Required by Onetap Partners or other third parties that support Onetap's business.
   • Required in the disclosure process to other parties who have signed a confidentiality agreement with Onetap.
   • Provide reviews on product purchases through the Onetap platform.
2. Other than as set forth above, Onetap may disclose User information by notifying User of such disclosure.
3. Onetap may disclose User information to
   1. Onetap affiliate entities.
   2. Onetap employees and consultants.
   3. reators whose products are ordered by Users.
   4. Third-party payment service providers selected by the User.
   5. Business partners and service providers who provide operational services.

4. Onetap will only disclose User information outside of Onetap if in Onetap's good faith, such disclosure is necessary to
   • Comply with Indonesian laws.
   • Investigate and handle fraud or violations.
   • Protect the rights and safety of Onetap, Users, and third parties.

• Onetap may occasionally send promotional emails from creators and/or third parties.
• Onetap may send user surveys, feedback requests, or updates.

E. INFORMATION SECURITY AND STORAGE

• Onetap will protect User information from unauthorized access or risks to the best of its ability.
• Onetap cannot guarantee full security due to internet limitations. If a data breach occurs, Onetap will notify Users.
• Security measures are in place, but Onetap is not liable for hacking.
• Users are responsible for keeping passwords, OTPs, and sensitive information safe.
• User information is stored as long as the User uses the platform or until deletion is requested.
• Communications outside Onetap’s platform are not Onetap’s responsibility.
• Onetap may take down products or suspend accounts for violating policies or laws.
• If Onetap suspects fraud or illegal activity, it may suspend or close accounts or transactions.

F. USER RIGHTS

• Onetap will protect User information from unauthorized access or risks to the best of its ability.
• Users have the right to know how their data is collected and used.
• Users can contact Onetap to request data access and verification.

G. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT

• These Privacy Terms constitute an electronic agreement. Clicking “I agree” means the User consents.
• Users confirm they have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy.
• If Users provide others’ personal data, they confirm they have consent from those individuals.

H. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

• Onetap may update the Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services or law.
• Changes will be posted on this page and may be emailed to Users.
• Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect.
